Posted May 11, 200717 yr comment_209296 Hi guys, I'm having a problem with a friends 240z I'm helping him work on. WHen I press the clutch in it goes in pretty easy and it's not working like it should. A mechanic friend said it probably needs a new master cylinder. I replaced that and it's still not working. Not sure if I just need to bleed the lines good? need to work on the slave? or if it's something worse. Thanks for any help...you guys ROCK...Ryan Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/24302-clutch-problems/ Share on other sites
May 12, 200717 yr comment_209310 could be the slave, could be the rubber hose that connects them, could be the pressure plate, could be something else mechanical. bleed the lines again. what fluid are you using? are there any leaks?
