240Z Replacement Seats

I am looking for a nice set of black 300ZX seats to put in my 73 240Z. Does anyone know if any mods are needed to install the 300ZX seats? Where would be a good place to look for them besides ebay.

We are going to repair a '71 240Z driver's seat, and doing similar shopping for our 240Z and found this link that "may" be of help to you.

300ZX seats are not a drop in replacement no matter if it's a Z31 or Z32.
