Is there a nicer T handle for the stock auto box? The 'thing" on the std 240z stink... I am stuck with the box for one year befor I can swap my 5 in it... I am not against spending a few $$$ in a better looking lever!

Get a 280Zx "T" handle-bolts right up, chrome with a palm pad that you can upholster if you want.

I used a '88 maxima auto handle on mine, of course I have the 4 spd auto in my 280zxt.

Cut to length then drill and tap for the new mounting screws.

But since you're going to be going with a 5 spd you may as well suffer with the one you already have. JMO
