Identity Crisis Car (?) on Ebay

While the car is very pretty, and evidenlty it has 4000 miles of history on the system...

The wiring is obviously not finished, only lone wires run(not routed) across the manifolds with a few taped into a bundle, but no harness is established. Leads me to believe there are other things that are not quite detailed out...The wires should be run in a consistant order and wrapped into a single identifiable harness or several sub harnesses.

Calling a gloss black painted factory fuel rail a "High Flow Fuel Rail" doesn't give me warm fuzzies about the rest of the blurb.

In addition stating that "this car can be user-tuned to any desired horsepower from a laptop" (anyone here not want more than 230hp if it was available with only tuning) makes absolutely no sence, I doubt seriously that it can be set too much above where they set it and not kill the engine(why wouldn't you tune in all you could get relieably to make it more saleable(the answer is you would!)).

Lots of very good and expensive equipment and tuning to make something that could be reproduced for less money using less expensive parts. Spending that much money for that lite of a tune just does not make any sence. I quess this could be the difference between a timex and a rolex (If the details were absolutely perfect-but they aren't)

A great deal less hardware and expense can get you above that performance level, and considering you will have to upgrade the turbo, the fuel rail, and several other pieces(no mention made of the exhaust plumbing) to improve on what is there, why not spend the money in the right place the first time?

Having said all of that, the car is very nice looking, it has some expensive pieces in it, and evidently a good deal of expensive labor, and some nicely done areas, but it does not appear to have an upgrade path with its existing mechanicals-though the electronics probobly would handle pretty much anything that could be put in. If you want great quality parts, this car has it, if you want dyno and speed slip results, you could spend less money and beat it as it sits every time...
