Posted June 17, 200717 yr comment_212535 Hi all, been a while since I visited this site and hope everyone is well. I can't seem to find the article that was around about a year or so ago that listed the various Z car parts and year to build the perfect Zcar. I believe the article was also on Ztherapy. Thanks for your help. Daniel Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/24634-the-perfect-zcar/ Share on other sites
June 17, 200717 yr comment_212547 That's a very subjective topic IMHO. I'm not sure there's even such a thing as a perfect Z. What's perfect for me may not be perfect for the next guy. Sorry, I didn't see the article you're referring to.My opinion of a perfect Z, assuming i"m not trying to stay all original.1973 240Z, F54/P79 block/head, twin SU carbs, 79-81 280ZX Distributor w/E-12-80 ign. module, 280Zx 5spd trans, 3.9:1 R200 Diff, 280ZX master cylinder, 1984 300ZX vented rotors front, non-vented rear, 1989-91 Toyota 4runner front calipers (S12W), 1988-94 Nissan 240SX rear calipers, Konig Rewinds, ST anti-sway bars, Zenon style airdam, BRE rear spoiler, Momo Monte Carlo steering wheel, color matched bullet mirrors, Optima battery, and a few more upgrades.Again, this is my idea of a near perfect 240Z but the next guy will have a completely different take on this subject.
