June 20, 200717 yr comment_212779 The offset doesn't look right from those photo's. Ask him what the offset is before going any further. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/24666-wheel-opinions/#findComment-212779 Share on other sites
June 20, 200717 yr Author comment_212780 I'll check it out, hopefully they will fit. he says he use to have a 510 and also a 300zx. thanks for the advice. just found this helpful link searching the forums, looks like the rims are from a mid 80's corolla.http://kmhafer.datsun510.com/wheelFAQ.htm#The%20Wheel%20Chart Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/24666-wheel-opinions/#findComment-212780 Share on other sites
June 20, 200717 yr comment_212784 Hmmm...doubtful any of them were used on a 300ZX. The 300's were equipped with 5 lug wheels. Maybe he meant a 280ZX?I'll check it out, hopefully they will fit. he says he use to have a 510 and also a 300zx. thanks for the advice. just found this helpful link searching the forums, looks like the rims are from a mid 80's corolla.http://kmhafer.datsun510.com/wheelFAQ.htm#The%20Wheel%20Chart Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/24666-wheel-opinions/#findComment-212784 Share on other sites

I'm pretty sure the 84 had them. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/24666-wheel-opinions/#findComment-212788 Share on other sites
June 21, 200717 yr Author comment_212790 I ended up getting the snowflake design. He had them on a 510. the specs are:14X5.5 4X114.3 +27 offset, their alot lighter than my iron cross rims. June 21, 200717 yr comment_212793 You still have an offset issue. You should be using between zero and maybe +10 at most. As a 5.5" wide rim, they will be tucked way in with +27 offset. June 21, 200717 yr comment_212829 If there was any 300 that did, it may heve been the first year. I'll look into this.I thought there were 4 lug 300ZX's. I'm pretty sure the 84 had them. June 21, 200717 yr comment_212833 You learn something new everyday. I did some looking and there is photographic evidence of the 4-lug on the 84 300. My bad. Sometimes I am suspicious of the knowledge of sellers as they have claimed a lot of things from my experience.
