lack of fuel pressure in '77z

My fuel pressure drops off immediately after turning off the engine, however never fails to fire right up.

I'd attrubute that to the fact that you live in sunny Anaheim, CA. I don't think it would fire right up in a colder climate w/o at least some residual fuel presure.
