I am embarrassed to have this sort of description in my area. Some highlights from the auction...

Last year of the coupe before Nissan went with the 2+2?

Kill switch on the fuel pump? Thief Did not get far?

Custom Wheels?

Wow, that IS rare. Ever rarer must have been the L28 powered '89 ZX that the engine came out of. Why did he take a picture of a poorly cut piece of house carpeting? And why would somebody quit driving it due to the minimal damage done during the theft? A JY window can't cost more than $50.

Agreed. And why did he capitalize every letter in the text of his listing, and then delete every space after a comma or a period? The text is next to incomprehensible as a result.

It's amazing how bad some people's eBay listings are.

Lots of misinformation in the ad, I don't think the seller is being evasive, I think he wants to sell the car with minimal involvement and put everything he knew(or was told) in the ad.

The guy is a musician, and has admitted spending the last 35 years playing with his organ-give the poor dateless guy a breakROFL!

I agree with your statements. One still needs to keep an open mind and not base facts on what others have said without better research.

Funny that I seem to have it's twin near by. VIN HLS30202732 on this one indicates it was made before his.

...The guy is a musician...

Hey now, I'm a musician and I still know my Z stuff.

I agree with ya'llz though, this ad is whack. Lots of weird stuff, personally, I have very serious doubts about the mileage, and... 89 ZX engine? weird... maybe he meant 79, or was typing 80 but accidentally hit a 9?

I wouldn't be suprised, seeing as this is a yery rare car. If the seller's attention to detail in the ad is any indication of how much attention was brought to this Z, it clearly must be avoided. :finger::ermm:
