Recognize this car?

I just got home from a month of vacationing in Tennessee. Today, while driving home on I-75 North I was passed by a early Z car. I did look at the plate, was taking in the car. The car was an early Z, medium blue with a spook, no front bumper, two semi vertical white stripes (about 1 1/2" wide) on the front fenders with lettering on the rear glass, (something about a Tour).
