D&B has the parking garage so we could probably meet on the top floor before going in.

Art, I can post this on the my350z site to see if there might be any interest.

I'm not sure if D&D takes reservations, if they do we'll have to get a head count.

There might be a change in locations. The vintage club is going to have an informational meeting about the new track on the 29th. I believe they will have it at the red lion hotel by the stadium. I think it starts at 6pm, but will get better information as I find out more.

I got an email from art saying his family won't be able to make it, but he might still make the trip. I don't think anyone wants to play games, after all it's just a small gathering.

Here is the latest about the meeting.

Information Meeting: For those of you who have questions or are just seeking new or additional information on HPR, RMVR members(open to all) are invited to an Information Meeting on Wednesday, August 29th. In attendance will be Charlie Thompson (CAMA Manager), Bill Howard (Plan West), Bob Darcey (your RMVR rep to CAMA), and Bob Alder (Capital Campaign). There will be a short presentation of information including large detailed drawings of the planned facility. The meeting it is primarily intended as an information exchange to bring you up to speed on recent developments, questions and/or concerns.

Time: 6:00 doors open, 7:00 a short presentation. Be done no later than 9:00.

Place: Red Lion Inn, 14th Floor. This is the tall circular hotel on the north side of Mile-Hi Stadium. (1975 Bryant St.)

FYI, the Red Lion has a nice restaurant/bar on the 14th floor. You can come early to grab a drink at the bar (Sorry, cash bar) or order some food. Or you can stay late and do the more of the same since the restaurant/bar is open late.

In case you want to have dinner before or after the meeting, the food is reasonably priced. I know the track might not interest the out of towners, but there will be time to bs after the meeting.

How does 6:30 sound? Then head up to the meeting room for the track info meeting., which starts promptly at 7pm.

We'll meet in the red lion parking lot that is closer to the stadium on the south side of the hotel. I'm still not sure how many will show up. Me, cethern(might have a cold coming on), John Over and 280master. Not sure about Art yet or David Muramoto. There might be a couple of 350z guys, but won't know till then.

Well, I went to the meeting for the new track. 240zman was out of town, cethern didn't sound sick enough over the phone so he had to go to work, Art couldn't make it up to Denver, david muramoto was busy wrenching on his tube frame 350z for the upcoming race at La Junta, jover got home from work and crashed.

I went up to the meeting and it was very informative. BTW, the new track is going to be very exciting when it is built.

I don't know if 280~master showed up or not. I was down in the parking lot till 6:45 then went up to the meeting.
