Hi! I hope I can get some help here. On July 8th I ordered the Microfitch CD from the online store.
On July 23rd I had to cancel my credit card (the one used for the order) because I had lost my wallet.
About July 27 or 28 I started wondering about my CD order and checked the online store site. It showed my order as "Processing", which was the same status it had shown since the order on the 8th. I immediately used the contact link on the site to send a message to advise I had had to cancel my credit card and request guidance on how to handle the order.
As of today (August 2) I have never heard anything from the online store. I would cancel and reorder, but there is no process for doing that on the online site.
I now have my replacement credit card. Anyone know how to get a response from the online store, since they are not answering their message system?
