August 9, 200717 yr comment_217930 First off, welcome to the club.Second, the search function is your friend. Why do you think the problem is AFM related? The car getting too much gas could be caused by any number of things. Are all of your electrical connections clean and well connected? How old is your thermostat and water temperature sensor? How about the fuel filter? In addition to the search feature on our site, our friends in Canada have a wonderful site with loads of tutorials that you should probably check out as well.http://atlanticz.ca/zclub/techtips/Good luck, and post back with any more questions and/or solutions for those that follow. August 10, 200717 yr comment_217973 Welcome Newguy22.Are you getting any spark? About the only else I can add at the moment is that while your over at Blues tech tips is that you take a good look at the EFI Bible you can even download it.When was the last time the car had new plugs, cap and wires?Back to the Air Flow Meter if it is bad the EFI Bible has a trouble shooting section. you should also look at downloading a FSM from carfish between the two they will cover most of it.I'm pretty sure that 77 AFM I told you about will work my 75 has one from a 78 that does just fine. And do a search it just might bring up something usefull. you might have to use different wording. If I think of something I'll pm youEric Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/25147-it-wont-start/#findComment-217973 Share on other sites
