August 15, 200717 yr comment_218612 Hey there, you'll have to state what model your Z is, but here is one for a 280z if that so happens to be what yours is. August 15, 200717 yr comment_218613 However, that's an HVAC vacuum diagram and his car probably doesn't even have AC. We seem to get that (or something like it) whenever someone just wants an underhood simple vacuum diagram. That said, we'd still need to know what year. August 15, 200717 yr comment_218616 You know, this comes up often enough that we need to deal with it properly. The lack of diagrams in even the factory service manuals is a problem.Perhaps those of us who own stock, unmodified cars could draw up a diagram, one for each model year. I can do this for a US market '71 240Z, who else wants to take a stab at this? August 16, 200717 yr comment_218672 Do you mean tube or hose ? Sorry, couldn't resist. Had an college roommate once with a '48 Pontiac Businessman's Coupe, it had vacuum tubes, but they were in the factory radio. August 16, 200717 yr comment_218677 Sorry about posting that diagram, I was using that one for my car and just automatically posted it. I should have asked first what model car you have. I have a 1983 280zx280ZX vacuum diagrams aren't that difficult to find. They're in the FSM Basically, anything 1974 and down is where it gets kind of sketchy.
