Holy Crap Fatman!! He also mentions that his company does T/S and combo switch repairs as well as harness restore and repair. But if he's gonna charge $90 fricken dollars for a peice of plastic that most people could give a rats arse about, I DON'T EVEN WANNA KNOW WHAT HE'S GONNA CHARGE FOR THE SAME SERVICE THAT I DO FOR ONLY $40

I could probably by new tires and wheels for a combo switch service from him.

I not only HAVE that peice in my garage but it's in GREAT shape. Might be a little discolored (not perfect) but on top of that, I also have the VR and a 240Z alternator and I'd sell all 3 as a package for $50 if someone was interested.

That guy needs a clue. Think he can but one for $89.? not likely.

I believe I also have one amongst my parts and I don't even own a 240z.

The presence and condition of that cover is one of the prime reasons that I have not done the ZX alternator upgrade on my own red car. Might be silly, I know, but there it is.

P.S. - The attached picture is one from my pre-purchase inspection. Several things shown there have been corrected, notably the fuel filter.

I got a used 78 without cracks.....in the rafters of my garage. I no longer own a 78 so I guess I can throw it up on ebay as "unobtainable" or whatever.
