where is the best/cheapest place to buy internal parts? a good internet store? just find what i can locally?

i need a set of bearings, both rod and main and a set of rings, plus gasket kit and chain tensioner.

Try your local auto parts store. If they can't get it then go to your local Nissan dealer. Then go to mail order MSA, Black Dragon or ebay.

Here in the Detroit area, we have an import parts chain. They stock almost every mechanical part I could need. Look through your yellow pages to see if there are any import part stores in your area. If not, try Napa. They carry good quality parts as well. If all else fails, call Courtesy Nissan or go to MSA for your internals.

I used black dragon for most of my internals and then used the local shops for everything else.
