I was eventually wanting to purchase a polyurethane suspension for my 280Z. Complete. Is there someplace you can buy everything at once? Is there a better brand than others? Better question, is it necessarily more expensive to have a local shop slap it on? I could do it myself, but that requires me doing it myself. Any other thoughts?

I got my kit at Suspension.com for about $160. The kit is by Energy Suspension. It's the full kit including the steering coupler - same kit VB sells for $219. I haven't installed it yet so can't help you there

At his website i think he lists it for $169.

I bought the parts individually from www.zbarn.com last year for my 73, price was less i think, but i didn't do the rear. I paid a local mechanic to install the poly, as well as all 4 springs & strut cartridges- maybe a couple other oddball things- his labor was $300. Well worth it to me not to bust my arse & curse alot! If i was broke, i guess i'd do it myself though.. Jeremiah
