I was in my last year of high school (12th grade) and when I read those articles I said to myself: I should get a 240Z some day ...Bought my car new in September 1972. Go240Zags Posted September 26, 2007 Share #4 Posted September 26, 2007 I was just reading the classifieds in that R&T issue, you could have bought four Mercedes 300SL Gullwings in great shape for under $25,000 total.
