Old Parts Needed

My 1970 has the vents in the hatch. In '76, I had them sealed shut and painted over because of fume leakage back into the cabin. Now that I'm older and a bit smarter, I'm trying to restore them to as original. The thing is, the inner tubes, hoses, or whatever they're called are gone.

Does anyone know where I could possibly find two of these increasingly rare vent tubes?
