sblake01 Posted October 13, 2007 Share #13 Posted October 13, 2007 Also make sure the starter selonoid plug wire is connected securely as well to the selonoid and Dizzy Cap.Are you referring to the coil and coil wire?
BuDavid Posted October 13, 2007 Share #14 Posted October 13, 2007 you mentioned that the fuel before the injectors is ok..did you check weather the injectors ARE injecting??sometimes they get jammed and they open if you give them direct pulse of 12V (works like jerking them and the start opening and closing normaly again) but don't keep the voltage longer than a pulse..or just check the exhaust after cranking for few seconds if there is a fuel smell or not, if not that means that you are not having fuel going in and your sparks are ok.since it was running before, I assume that no one missed up with the firing order. WingZr0 Posted October 13, 2007 Share #24 Posted October 13, 2007 My repair manual says your ignition coil could be shot.Theplug wire in center of the Dizzy runs to this.Might need replacing or you ignition timing and/or valve timing may be off.Did you try all 6 possible starting point as sugested?~Z~
