Hello All

I have been thinking about getting this car it's not a Z but a Datsun just the same.

What I would like to get from you all is some Opinions about the car. It's a long ways off from seeing the track right now but there is a lot there to work with.

Here is what has been done so far there maybe more as I don't think the current owner did the build but bought it this way so there maybe more done that what he knows about.

This is a rolling chassis, the car has a full custom cage, fully adjustable custom suspension with modified 1200 struts, coil over springs and sleeves, Koni 3-way adjustable inserts (both my 1200's have these), 240z rotors, Toyota 4 piston calipers and adjustable camber plates, Datsun Comp rear springs, massive rear custom sway bar, Aluminum 240z rear drums, fender flares (rears are not yet attached), Tilton hydraulic system (adjustable bias) with full steel braided lines, lightened doors, Fiberglass hood, 3 sets of Hoosier slicks (1 mounted) - also included are ALL the 1200 race car parts that I have that should complete the build, including Aluminum race seat, glass, extra parts, extra dash, after-market gauges, 5-8 alternate rear gear sets and many other parts! There is no title as it was bought as a race car and was going to be strictly OFF-ROAD and trailered to events.

The suspension was somewhat modeled after the Datsun 1200 Competition Suspension Manual that can be found HERE - This is a PDF file.

Just paint it your favorite color, add your preferred drive train tighten down the bolts, dial in the suspension, add some lexan windows (or the glass ones included - pop outs, rear or front glass) then you'll be set to hit the track!

Thank you for your imput

Eric
