Posted October 30, 200717 yr comment_226659 Well I got my spindle pin back in but with some difficulty. I didn't get the groove lined up properly and i can't get the pin to move now. How crucial is this locking bolt since the spindle pin won't move anyway? What is the worst that could happen-the spindle pin will turn in the strut assembly? October 30, 200717 yr comment_226663 You don't want it to turn it will wear the mating surfaces. I would suggest that you hone the arms so the pins slide in freely. I used a piece of scotch bright fastened in a piece of wire and my electric drill. This takes the corrosion out in just a matter of minutes.
