First ever branded car in a videogame?

Looks like it was a '76 280z =) In a game from Midway called "280 ZZZAP"

There's a link at the bottom of the article to an entry that has a screenshot of the game (I haven't been able to find any video), but suffice to say I don't believe the Z makes an actual appearance in the game.

What, you've never played that game? It was a freestanding console game (the car wasn't shown, it was all first-person). If you're into MAME games, the ROM for that game is freely available....

don't forget about "Forza MotorSport 2" They did sound bites of my Z for the Highly modified 69' Fairlady Z in the game.
