(today I listened to Colorado beat Nebraska on the radio while I worked on my '72 in the garage). I can't stand crowds and have found that the best time to go Christmas shopping is the Monday evening or Tuesday evening after Thanksgiving. What I really can't understand are those jokers who wait in line all night outside for Best Buy (or other) to open at like 4:00 am on Black Friday!!! :stupid: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I scored a Z clock, a set of flush mount side marker lighs from a Hyundai that fit nicely on the Z, and a pair of like new 80W Pioneer speakers - all for under $30. Since he no longer needed his 'old' one, he sold it to me for 200 bucks. It's a 55" 1080 dpi HDTV w/picture in picture, etc. It's about 3 years old, like new, works fine, has all the literature and is a perfect upgrade for the much smaller TV that's in my enclosed patio. That's about as close as I ever get to the 'Black Friday' scenario. I agree w/Steve. If I can't get it on the internet or in a store before about December 10, I won't get it.
