Category 1!!! I'm 19 but like most of you have a maturity level of age 2...then again as soon as you hop into a Z all thought of constraint and being mature and environmentally minded goes straight out the window...is it just me, or is that how every1 else feels?

I'm 23 with no sign of maturing soon :classic:

i'm 18, doesn't and i just bought my first z (a 73 240), which i intend to fix up, and isn't buying a z a sign of growing up (leaving buzzboxes alone etc and going for a real car)

Don't know about growing up I bought a Zed cause it has more guts, hugs the turns better than my Gemini, has more possibilities and looks good (well it will when I'm finished!)

As they always say, "There's no replacement for displacement..." I think the handling makes up for it though and I've got the more displacement I was after.

IM THE YOUNGEST haha 05-06-86 im 16... my dad has owned 5 z cars. ever since he built the 75 or 76 z (i dont remember the year)with a chevy in it i have been soo intrigued by the z it is such a cool car the way it was designed .....soo great i love to learn things about them and its my life. currently i just graduated from a paint and auto body class where there was a 71 240 that we painted.it was great

I guess we all like driving our Z's. I'd probably be the slowest Z driver on the road.

Every time I get behind the wheel that little speed demon raises his ugly head and I'm tempted to push the pedal to the metal. Then I recall some of the terrible things I've seen happen to the human body and old man caution takes control.

Reminds me of the story:

A young bull and and old bull look down from a hill at a group of cows. The young bull say "let's race down there and do one". The old bull says "let's take our time and do the lot" ...
