Zman71 Posted December 13, 2007 Share #1 Posted December 13, 2007 Hey guysI was thinking about building a 3.1 stroker motor, if not a 2.4 bad arse motor for my 71, and i was looking into heads and i don't have a clue what head is better the P79, E88, E31, etc. could someone who knows about heads spoon feed me the differences. Look at Bryan Littles Z Garage-from what his experience and practices show, a P90(P90A-if you want quiet) shaved and shimmed is the best in the evolution of the common factory L6 heads. His coverage of the differences in the heads will probably give you what you are looking for in terms of comparison-I'll post a link unless someone beats me to it...
