1975 280z no power to electric fuel pump , jumped it with 12volts and turned on,checked fuses all are fine ,poured 2 oz of gas into fuel injector car cranked and ran until gas burned off -engine seems fine, there is no gas flowing from pump to injectors and yes ther is gas in the tank.

Any advice?

If you have checked the fuses with a multi meter and they are good then look for bad ground , then connectors that are corroded . from there look for broken power wire. Over the years I cannot tell you how many times we have looked at a fuse and it looked good when it wasn't and it caused us to go nuts trying to find another problem. When all along it was the fuse we looked at first. Gary

Check the fuses with the continuity setting of a multimeter OR you can use the lowest ohm setting....if value is 0 ohms or very close then the fuse is fine. If ohm value is huge or infinite then you have a broken fuse.

A 75-77 280Z would also have fuel pump contacts in the AFM as we discussed in a recent thread. Check to make sure that they're working. Look at the upper (75-77) chart. Also, scroll up to post #9 for pictures of the AFM.
