Just saw this - and to make you feel a little better William did my 240Z recently - I paid for it but the results are astounding to say the least. From my point of view (and I did a lot of looking) there is no better.

Try Scott Yeaman in Palo Alto. He does a lot of restoration quality work and a price he quoted me for welding on the factory GT flares on my 914 was very good. Name of the shop is Yeaman's Auto Body I believe...

PS: my understanding is Scott went to Stanford and got a BS and MS in mathematics but loved the body shop business he had grown up doing. So, he started his own.
