Ok...will make this short. I have a 1972 240z....the one that initially got me hooked on this site. Well, time and money constraints have helped me to arrive to the conclusion that......it ain't gonna happen. The project has been on hold for months, and it looks like the final cost after sheet metal repairs etc. would put me way beyond what it would have cost me to purchase a solid car from the start. You have heard it here a million times before....and it's true. Start with a structurally sound car to begin with. Upholstery and engine can always be remedied, but the most important thing is a good solid base.

Anyway, I am getting ready to part it. I am unsure which route I will take as of yet.....whether it will be Ebay, or just local. I will also be selling the 260 parts car. If any of you are looking for particulars....you are welcome to email me at:

That really is too bad. I have worked on mine for what seem's like forever. But I love my car and it will get where I want it to someday. Long way to go yet. More money than time I guess.I have a parts car that is going away pretty soon as well. But as I have said before, some must die so that others may live on. Sad but true.:sick:

Hey...no offense taken. I have already beat myself to death over this decision......so at this point, I'm pretty numb on the subject.

One extra thing I forgot to mention. I have seat upholstery new in the box. Best I remember......it is the same as these.
