Apologies to those of you who missed the site on 1/28 and part of 1/29. Our Internet provider had some difficulties with the modem and it was out of our control. We are back up running as of Noon today.

Yes, all ISP's use a modem of some kind. DSL modem, cable modem, ISDN, Frame Relay, etc...

I am looking at moving to a cable-modem ISP soon to remedy our reliability issues.
