Looks like it's pretty clean.

It states the ECU was replaced after it had been taken out of storage. I wonder if there was more to it than what the owner stated on why it got parked 23 years ago?

looks and runs as good as it did 23 years ago
I don't know about that line. I hope that's not just clever 'eBay speak'. Remember, it got parked 23 years ago. There must be a reason

Question -- the ad states original keys, and the photo shows 3 round head keys. Are these correct - did the 280's have the square head keys originally? Or were the square head keys only on replacement keys? I don't know where I came to that conclusion, but am curious nonetheless!

My 78 has original keys, according to the PO, and they're square. They have the number stamped on one side also. The replacement keys don't. I can see enough of those keys in the picture in the ad to see that there are no numbers on them.

Those are the original keys, they match the one I have. My replacement key is a squared off key that was cut at the dealer using the code number on the original key.

I have what I was told were the originals for my '77: the door / hatch lock key is oval and igition is square, both with the same Z insignia.

That dash crack has got to be the largest 'small' crack I've ever seen; I'm curious how he's planning on fixing it.

I have what I was told were the originals for my '77: the door / hatch lock key is oval and igition is square, both with the same Z insignia.

I always wondered if those keys had a "Z" on them or if it was an " N "for Nissan.

Interesting because my doors, hatch, and ignition all use the same key.

Wonder if they changed that starting with the '78? My '68 Cougar also had separate keys for the locks and ignition.

In my opinion 10.5K is pretty salty, even if the car has papers to prove it's history. There are some issues that just make me wonder in that listing. My opinion - others may think differently.
