Anyone try Fuzions?

I have a pair on the rear of my 300. They feel great. But, has anyone tried the Fuzion Hri's on an S30? I'm going for 215/60/r15.

I'm looking for good cornering, but also comfort if possible. These are not for competition use. Any experience/input is welcomed. Thanks guys.

got them on my 280 and 300TT awesome tires, stick great!

YES! Another boost of confidence!

I've tried Pirellis, Yokohamas, and even Generals. The Generals suck by far, but I was on a tight budget. I am looking forward to trying out Fuzions. So far my favorite has been the Yokohamas.

I bought a staggard set of 245/35ZR-19 General Exclaim UHP and 275/30ZR-19 General Exclaim UHP XL for my M3 and they handle great. I would say they far from suck. Maybe it is just because they are ZR rated, but I love the tires. They handle just as good as my PilotSports and Conti SportContact did, but last a lot longer....

I'll say it is probably because they are a stickier version that yiou tried. Mine are H-rated. Perhaps that has made the difference.

You make a great point. A ZR rated tire would be a lot stickier than a H rated one. I have never tried the lesser rated tires from General.... :)

I've always settled for H-rated tires because I never plan to exceed 130mph. However, I am realizing that tire ratings do not apply solely to speed. Hmmm.....something for me to consider since I want a good handling tire.

I believe I have alway bought "R" rated tires for the zed. I too, have and never will exceed 130mph in that car. The "ZR" rated tires were for the M3, which hits that speed without effort. The major draw back for the sticky "ZR" rated tires are they're for summer use. The don't work well in the cold, snow, and some degree; rain. I don't drive the M in the winter, but I know some who do. They just mount winter tires on a different set of wheels and call it a day....

They do handle very well. You will really notice a difference between a "H" rating, "R" and/or "ZR"....

Hmmm....well, I don't drive the Z everyday as the ZX serves that purpose. Perhaps I can afford to have summer tires on the Z. Knowing me, I'll probably settle for H-rated simply because I'm a cheap bastard.
