Wow, that is wonderful, although still a pleasent surprise! Now, only if we could get a 260Z 2+2 to be sold at that price.

It seems high, but I am not entirely shocked. If you size it up a 280Z in perfect condition is a very nice car regardless of its antique status. If they were still rolling off assembly lines it would be a steal at $18K

I think the car is worth every penny of the almost 18k it went for. That is a fine example of an unmolested classic Z. I only wish I was the one who bought it....

There is a guy who I meet at JCCS Sept 07 who has a Black Pearl with under 20K miles, the car is simply beautiful, totally original, perfect condition. My reason for bringing this up is that if this car went for $18K then how much do you think that Black Pearl is worth?
