Oiluj Posted March 7, 2008 Share #14 Posted March 7, 2008 (1) The peace officer's motor vehicle is exhibiting at least one lighted red lamp visible from the front and the person either sees or reasonably should have seen the lamp.(2) The peace officer's motor vehicle is sounding a siren as may be reasonably necessary.(3) The peace officer's motor vehicle is distinctively marked. The lights can be inside the windshield or grill and non-obvious, as long as they are readily visible when lit. The police markings need not be the contrasting "black & white". I've seen markings on some police cars that are very subtle, but still fit the "distinctively marked" requirement.I'll be watching out!
moonpup Posted March 7, 2008 Share #15 Posted March 7, 2008 In Sugarland, Tx, a suburb of Houston, they just put out some Dodge Chargers with stealth graphics that are hard to see unless viewed from certain angles. (They are reflective at night though.) In Houston itself, they're using beat-up siezed cars, rentals and strech limo's as spotter cars! http://www.click2houston.com/investigates/15524095/detail.html
Zs-ondabrain Posted March 8, 2008 Share #16 Posted March 8, 2008 The very first time I got pulled over, was by a bicycle cop in down town Everett, WA. My muffler fell off and I was trying to get to a muffler shop. He let me go, to the shop nearby.Dave.

76Datsun280z Posted March 8, 2008 Share #18 Posted March 8, 2008 I wonder what the performance is like after they add all their equipment on to it vs. what it was when it was stock.
