Any Comments on GMB Water Pump?

I am about to replace my water pump (1972 240Z L24). I have a new GMB pump that I picked up somewhere several years ago. This one has the pressed steel impeller, not the cast iron like the stock unit. I recall reading reviews on these pumps a while back, but can find no trace of information when I do a archive search. I seem to recall that the comments were not too flattering, but can't verify that. I don't want to put a sub-standard part in if I can avoid it up front. Any comments or suggestions?

Not up to par with a nissan unit but it will work okay. They sell these at the cheaper auto parts like Advance on the east coast. Luckily, this is an easy part to replace if/when it starts to weep coolant. You've already got it so give it a go. New prices tend to run from $25 to $60 depending on manufacturer.

GMB A 150-1160. I bought one of those when I replaced the radiator in my 810 in 2005. I haven't had a problem with it yet. I bought mine from Kragen and it has a lifetime warranty.

Just spent a few hours last weekend flushing my cooling system and installing a new GMB pump. $26 @ the local auto place, and so far it's working like a charm.
