Posted March 20, 200817 yr comment_241260 I am a owner of a 1976 datsun 280z. the car has a new battery but for some reason, when i turn the key to ACC the stereo doesnt turn on and when i trun the key the second time to ON all the function doesnt come on and it can"t start. but whenever i turn the key to start position, i can hear a clicking sound under the dash by the passenger seat. pls help me. i have checked the fuse. i noticed dat there is power on the battery side and no power on the ACC and IGNition side. i have tried two key ignition assembly but no good outcome. any infor will. March 20, 200817 yr comment_241279 Raz; You posted this same question in several forums. This makes it difficult if not impossible to help you. I wonder if you recall how many or which ones. March 21, 200817 yr Author comment_241377 i checked my ignition switch. i have to ignition assembly but any of them can turn on the car. there is power in the fusible links. There is power on white feed cable to the ignition switch. sorry about the several posts. i am seriously in need of help.
