Early Z Carpet Set Reproductions

I expect to get in some carpet today, that judging from the 2" sample they sent me may be a suitable replacement for the early Z loop style carpet. The carpet has the rubber type backing. I have an original drivers side floor mat that I will be trying to replicate for ZUP, and you guys to take a look at. If it meets the requirements, I think that with the correct patterns I can reproduce complete sets with the correct serged cutouts for those who are interested. We'll see how this first mat turns out and go from there.
