April 30, 200816 yr comment_245679 If that car is past the point of return. Then mine is the walking dead. Stay focused. It will be a challenge to bring it back to life. But dont get frustrated and pace yourself.Save those Datsun people. June 10, 200816 yr Author comment_250337 well I have finished preping the fuel tank and have repainted it and reinstalled it (minus the evap tank). I cleared and cleaned all of the metal fuel lines leading to the front of the car and replaced all of the rubber lines as well. the car has new coolent, fresh oil, new oil filter, new fuel filter, new spark plugs and a new battery. I tried turning her over yesterday but got no response from her.my initial reaction was thinking I need to replace the starter right away but I am going to ask the board what other culprits there could be to look at first.
