Posted May 1, 200816 yr comment_245894 My zx is an 83. The previous owner had taken the original TB off and replaced it with this one. It does have the nissan stamp on it, but I dont know what year the part is, or if it is even for a z car. Can anyone tell me?<a href="http://s203.photobucket.com/albums/aa79/adamcghee/?action=view¤t=Mea016.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa79/adamcghee/Mea016.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a><a href="http://s203.photobucket.com/albums/aa79/adamcghee/?action=view¤t=Mea016.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i203.photobucket.com/albums/aa79/adamcghee/Mea016.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a> Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/27944-can-some-one-tell-me-what-year-this-tb-is/ Share on other sites
May 1, 200816 yr comment_245898 I believe that is from an early 240sx, it looks funnel shaped. The later 240SX versions were essentially a tube with the mouth the same size as the exit, both were an upgrade to the original 280z(X), but the later version is the most "upgraded" These upgrades came about as a less expensive alternative to the Webber Big Throat. I'll see about taking some photos of the 280Z(x) pieces, both 240SX pieces, and the Webber Big throat side by side tomorrow afternoon. I'll probably add some intake photos as well-280Z,280ZX, and Maxima Diesel. Will Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/27944-can-some-one-tell-me-what-year-this-tb-is/#findComment-245898 Share on other sites
