Posted May 5, 200816 yr comment_246343 I just bought a '76 280Z and am tring to find out what wheel and tire sizes will fit. I plan on putting a coil over suspension and fender flares. I would like 17's or 18's with at least a 10 inch wheel. Is this even possible? Pics of some would be great. The car will be a street car but it will be seeing a lot of track time as well. Any help is greatly appriciated. Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/28000-wheel-and-tire-sizes/ Share on other sites
May 5, 200816 yr comment_246358 This is probably the most covered topic on these boards. I'll tell you what anyone else will tell you; Use the search feature. Not trying to be rude, but there is no solid, cut-in-stone answer to your question - too many factors. Your best bet is to put on your coil-overs & flares and then take careful measurements. You may want to try searching on hybridz.com also.Best of luck and welcome to the boards. May 6, 200816 yr comment_246480 10in is WIDE. Stock width is 5.75-6in, so there's a difference of about 4 inches. You'll likely need wheel spacers and wheels with significant negative offset.
