Well I hve been trying to unlock my rear louvers but cant get it to unlock. Also I have a lock missing. Are the locks sold seperatly??? Here are some pics of my problem...

That lock looks like somebody tried to gouge it out with a screwdriver.

When you say you can't get it to unlock, what exactly is happening? Is it not turning, or is the cylinder turning but not releasing the lock?

You have interpart louvers, the key is shaped exactly like a lower case T a "cross" shape. it is easy to "pic" once you know that(bend a bobby pin into a a T), the other was obvilusly picked with a serious yank upward. that came on the

I have not seen the locks sold by themselves-though I have found a source for the latches used on the version of Louvers that came on the Black Pearl.

The interpart locks are very simple two aluminum bars wrapped in plastic.
