Not a really great pic but they could be Revolution Wheels. That would make them fairly rare and expensive.

Yeah, they look like Revolutions to me, too.

I believe you will find that the wheel is still available. Google Revolution Racing Wheels and see. Last I looked at their site they still sold that style.
