So you have lock without a key?? Ok I have seen this done, and it worked..

this will only work if the lock pattern is on the outer face of the lock. If the key looks like a deep socket forget this trick.

1) obtain a well USED spark plug that has a base diameter where the threads are) close to that of the lock pattern. Older Ford vehicles typically have fairly large base diameter for spark plugs. It is important to get a used plug because the heating up and cooling down makes the metal softer.

2) remove all the porcelin insulator and the anode from both sides. This is effectively done with a hammer, chisel punch and a vice.. you should be left with only the metal base without the anode on the bottom.

3) This is where it gets scary... with a pair of vice grips or pliars, hold the spark plug at the face of the lock and hit it hard with a heavy hammer. This will form the plug base to the pattern of the lock, and should be enough to remove 1 or 2 wheels. The key is to hit it hard once so you get the plug base formed without beating the finish off your wheel.

I think from here you have it. But it would be best if you had an air hammer to remove it

Wheel locks, like door locks, keep honest people honest.

Generally fairly easy to remove, but they get destroyed in the process. Just take a sharp cold chisel and hammer, cut an edge into the puzzel lock so that the force is in the counterclockwise direction (remember righty tighty lefty loosey) and they general start to spin off in a few good blows of the hammer.

You can also use a big pair of vise grips or pump pliers if you have the room and angle to grab them and twist.

Worst case is you break off the stud, which is easy to replace once the wheel is off.

Remember the thieves get them off in seconds flat, leaving your car sitting on the ground minus the wheels and tires. The ones on the parts cars I have picked up gave up almost without a fight using the chisel technique.
