I have driven both, the differences are noticeable in driving. The coupe is noticeably quicker and more nimble when compared one right after the other-but unless they are driven in quick succession, the only thing you notice is the difference in ride-the 2+2 is more comfortable because of the long wheelbase.

yes, the ride for a 2+2 seems smoother and maybe even quieter. It's been years since I drove a 280 2+2, but that was my lasting impression from years ago. Still nice cars nonetheless, but you can't beat the coupes hands down in terms of performance. That's for any Z.

As I said, I've never driven a 2+2. But Andy and Will's description of the ride and handling of the 2+2 sounds like the ride and handling of my 810 coupe. But you can put full sized people in my back seat!
