May 21, 200816 yr comment_248291 That looks very much like the fan on the oil cooler on a 280ZX turbo with automatic transmission. I tried the partnumber and a few variations due to clarity-no good numbers. Will Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/28186-factory-option-electric-fan/#findComment-248291 Share on other sites
May 21, 200816 yr Author comment_248295 Actually, all the numbers are good except the first one, the fan itself and the first 'switch thermo number. None of those are available, however. 215590-N4200 Assy motor fan*08360-81626 Screw machine21503-N4206 Hose radiator A21504-N4206 Hose radiator B21595-M0205 Switch thermo*21595-M0206 Switch thermo (alternate)21596-N4205 Adapter hose05412-1600P Gasket B08723-13800 Clamp hose*no longer good numbers. May 22, 200816 yr comment_248299 The first one was the one I checked...If the whole assy isn't available, don't need parts...unless they are all available to make the assy. Will Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/28186-factory-option-electric-fan/#findComment-248299 Share on other sites
June 6, 200816 yr comment_249943 I have an electric fan sitting in my garage that came out of a 81_280zx turbo with the automatic and the fan does not have that big schroud around it and the motor is quite a bit smaller then the one in the drawing. I can take a pictue of it if you would like me to. June 6, 200816 yr Author comment_249949 Are you talking about a ZX injector cooling fan or an engine cooling fan? Link to comment https://www.classiczcars.com/forums/topic/28186-factory-option-electric-fan/#findComment-249949 Share on other sites
June 6, 200816 yr comment_249952 it was mounted directly to engine side of the radiator. Oh and I do have one of the FI cooling fansaround also. Seeing how I will be switching my radiator to the 81 radiator this weekend due to the fact that my 76' rad. blew a hole in it this week, I may get the urge to use the electric fan instead of the belt driven one. June 6, 200816 yr Author comment_249964 I'm wondering if that is an aftermarket fan because I've never seen any mention of a factory option electric fan for a S130.
