haha, nice one Mr Camouflage. I was thinking i was just going to end up getting an entire new exhaust system, headers included. i figure, $400 to give my Z a nice burly sound, well worth it. I would do the exhaust putty idea but the loss of power isn't a big enough deal to me to justify it.

And no, curtis 240z, My family motto is something like, "If you can't do it yourself go figure it out." and the only reason for something to not be a DIY project is if you either don't have the time or you've run out of duct tape =P But with this one i'm thinking i'm going to order the new exhaust and claim the "Not enough time excuse." You guys have been a ton of help, i'll have to repost after i get the parts and let you know how it went.
