My 1975 280Z wont start ,please help

I just got my 1975 280Z out of storage. It was sitting 10 years with 3/4 tank of gas. I put some fuel conditioner in and some octane boost. It started right up and I drove about 15 miles home. The next week I changed fuel injection hoses, water pump, heater hoses, drained gas tank and flushed premium thru gas lines, spark plugs, rotor and cap, plug wires, and fuel filter and now it wont start. I dumped gas down each cylinder and it fired up until that gas burned out. I swapped out the fuel injectors with another set(from an old spare motor) so I dont think its the injectors. Why isnt gas going thru the injectors? Or are all my injectors bad. The ones from the spare motor looked worse but I just wanted to see if that was the problem. I checked to see if I was getting power to the injectors and I am. Why wont my Z start, please help.

check your fuel pressure, compare you old and new cap and rotor make shure they are the same.

I would check and make sure that you didn't mix up the fuel lines from the filter to the rail. The filter line goes to the top, the bottom line is the return. I don't know if the fuel pressure regulator will allow fuel flowing backwards. just a thought,
