Sorry about the downtime around July 15/16 timeframe. It appears our ISP had a problem with faulty hardware. I worked with them to replace the hardware and we should be in a better position with no more downtime. Because this was the 2nd time, I worked with them to give us higher-quality hardware.
They also verified all the connections on our down line and replaced some other equipment at the central office.
Good news is that we now have a higher quality router dedicated to our system as well as some higher network speeds....
