boring out L28E

hi,

i have 1980 280zx stock engine.

want to bore out as much as possible. i have seen kits that set displacement to 3100cc want to know if i can go higher (3500cc) and if it will hurt integrity of engine and what are other consequences of doing a bore out on L28.

You cannot go 3500 the biggest out their as far as I know is 3.2 But you my try over to www.hybridz.org they may be able to help you more.
