i have heard of boring and stroking out the l28 to 3.1 liters, but has anyone done it to the l28et(280zx turbo)?

is it possible to make a 3.1 liter turbo?

Yes that is commonly done here but for NA engines. The theory here is to gain increased compression and litre capicity I don't know if this will work for a turbo engine. I can put you in contact with someone who will know though if you want see ya.
