Honda wiper motor failure

I did the Honda wiper motor swap as described by Zs-ondabrain.

I tested it, buttoned everything up, re-tested and called it a day. Fast foreword a month, it finally rains out here in Tucson, I hit wiper switch and.... nothing. Fuse is good and all the connections look tight.

Using my 12 volt tester I find there is power at the fuse box, and at the 20/30 amp 12 volt relay.

Advice? Suggestions?

The relay should have 12v on all the terminals until the switch is turned on. Once it is turned on, only the terminal 85 should have 12v. (I think thats the one, have to check my notes at home) The others with the exception of terminal 86 (ground) will all have .4v, 2.8v, or varying voltages depending on wiper speed. Check to see if the switch activation causes the voltages to change.

Just to clarify that the 12v on the relay is only with the key on!! Obviously with the key off every terminal should have 0v. The rest of my post applies. I still need to check my notes for if it is pin 85 that stays at 12v or not though. Will update.
